鍵主工業の七輪は、創業80年以上もの間受け継がれた熟練の職人技によって一つ一つ手作業によって生産されています。珪藻土で作られた炭火コンロは、他の素材に比べ断熱性に優れ、外側がやけどするほど熱くなりません。また、内側からも遠赤外線を放射するので炭火の遠赤外線を増幅させます。さらに燃料が少なく済むため、金属製コンロなどに比べ経済性にも優れ、火付けが簡単で後始末も楽等の特長があります。
そんな鍵主工業の奥能登の珪藻土で作られた伝統と品質が高い七輪に、日本を代表する伝統工芸の１つである九谷焼が融合しました。現代のライフスタイルにスマートに溶け込むコンパクト設計＆シンプルなデザインで、『炙り』という贅沢な食のスタイルを気軽にご自宅のテーブルで展開できる、扱いやすい七輪です。
Authentic charcoal stoves produced by skilled craftsmen
Kaginushi Industry’s charcoal stoves have been produced by skilled craftsmen for more than 80 years. Because charcoal stoves made of diatom earth have excellent heat insulation compared with those made of other materials, the outer surface of the stove does not become hot enough to cause a burn. Since far-infrared rays are emitted inside of the stove, the far-infrared rays from the charcoal are amplified. In addition, since the stove requires less fuel, it is more economical than metal stoves, and the fire is easy to ignite and extinguish.
These stoves combine the high-quality, historically used diatom earth of northern Noto and Kutani ceramic ware, a well-known traditional craft. Designed to be compact and simple in order to fit into our modern lifestyle, they allow people the luxury of “broiling” on the dining table.

オールインワンパッケージ <“All-in-one” package>
九谷七輪は、手元に届いたその日からすぐに使えるよう、すべてのパーツがセットされたオールインワンパッケージとなっています。火はさみや、1回分の炭と着火材もセットされています。収納の際は、火消し壷も本体に収納できるコンパクトな設計です。
Kutani charcoal stoves can be used soon after they are delivered, since all parts are included in the same package. Fire tongs, charcoal for one use, and a fire lighter are included. After use, accessories can be stored in the stove along with the charcoal extinguisher.
簡単お手入れ <Easy maintenance>
天板とケースは、九谷焼（磁器）を採用することで食卓を豊かに彩ると同時に、汚れを簡単に拭き取ったり丸洗いできるお手入れのし易さを実現しました。天板は中心に向かって勾配がついているので、焼汁が七輪内側に落ち、外に汚れが付着しにくい配慮がされています。
The fact that the top plate and housing of the stove are made of Kutani ceramic adds color to the dining table and makes the unit easy to wipe off and wash. Since the top plate is inclined towards the center, any dripping liquid falls into the stove, and the outer surface does not get dirty.
扱いやすさ <Convenience>
七輪本体とケースからなる２層構造を特徴とした独自の循環通気設計を採用しました。その結果、ケース温度上昇を抑えられるので、鍋敷きなどが不要で使え、ケースを直接手で持って移動できるように利便性にも配慮した扱いやすさを実現しました。
The two-layer structure of the main body and its housing allows air to circulate in the stove. Thus, the temperature of the housing is kept down; there is no need for a pot mat on the table, or for oven mitts when carrying the unit.

九谷焼最大の魅力、九谷五彩による上絵付け。この色鮮やかな昔ながらの手法は現代にも息づき、今も日本の文化と深い関わりを持って進化しています。
Yoshidaya style
The most attractive feature of Kutani ware is the overglaze technique of painting in five distinctive colors. The technique has been handed down to the present day, and is still developing with a deep connection to Japanese culture.
吉田屋窯の代表作の一つ「 龍宮図大平鉢」を、九谷七輪オリジナルとしてアレンジし、上絵転写で再現しました。昔ながらの伝統的な九谷焼のイメージです。
A representative work of the Yoshidaya style, this large plate decorated with a dragon’s palace is a reproduction of traditional Kutani ware created by means of the transcription process.

染付風
ひかえめでありながら、凛とした強さをもつ染付の藍色。それは九谷焼の白磁と一体となって絶妙な存在感を醸し出します。
Blue and white sometsuke style
Blue and white ceramics are modest yet convey a dignified strength. The blue is very striking, and forms an integrated whole with the white Kutani ware background.
古九谷の名作「色絵牡丹文平鉢」を、モダンなデザインにアレンジし、染付風に再現しました。大胆な柄のパターンは洋のシーンにもよく合います。
A masterpiece of the Ko-kuktani (Old Kutani) style, a large plate of colorful peonies, was modernized in the sometsuke (blue-and-white) style. The bold pattern goes well with a Western-style setting.
